Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 7 PM or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.


Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: Same Day (within Delhi) or 2–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
    Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.

  • From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions or order value–based offers, which will be clearly mentioned on our website or product pages.


Freshness & Packaging

At Deskaa, product freshness and hygiene are our top priorities.

  • All food items are packed in sealed, tamper-proof packaging to maintain safety and quality.

  • Depending on the product type, we may use multi-layer pouches or temperature-resistant materials to protect against moisture and heat during transit.

  • Each batch is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality and freshness standards.

Please follow storage instructions on the packaging once delivered for best results.


Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email, SMS or WhatsApp.
You can use this link to check the real-time delivery status.

Order Delays / Non-Delivery

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame:

  1. Review the courier tracking details.

  2. Contact the courier using your tracking ID for updates.

  3. If unresolved, reach out to us at sirohi.vipul@gmail.com, and we’ll coordinate with the delivery partner to resolve the issue.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please verify your shipping address and contact details before placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or wrong address, re-shipping charges may apply.


International Shipping

We currently ship only within India.
International shipping will be introduced soon.
